Now, you may know that Kobe Bryant's widow, Vanessa, is suing L.A. County because there is a cop who took and shared photos of Kobe Bryant's body after his fatal helicopter crash.

And that just exploded. And I don't even know if he was disciplined for it,

but it was just a horrific story.

And now, from what I understand, and I didn't see them nor what I look at them, off,

they went on, they didn't go on the internet per se they were shared with other cops at a bar

and the cops were talking about it i think it was the sheriff's department and it

Vanessa is suing the the officer and LA County. County for damages, emotional distress, etc., which is legitimate.

And so it's the same cop who took the photo who is at the center of a case in which he held down a prisoner's head, kneeled on the neck of a prisoner while the

prisoner was in county lockup. And it's quite a coincidence that it was the same officer. Now,

obviously, the kneeling of the kneeling on a prisoner's head, on a neck, actually, is a far more serious allegation.

And that's going on.

That investigation is going on.

Vanessa Bryant wants the accusation of that cop brought into the case, I guess to establish that the sheriff's deputy is a bad guy.

And so the lawyers are arguing that.

Her lawyers have asked that the fact that he is involved in that second case in which he's kneeling on a prisoner's neck,

and the county of L.A. is arguing exactly the opposite, saying, we don't want that in Vanessa

Bryant's civil suit. Here's a legal argument, because it has nothing to do with the suit

in which Vanessa Bryant has begun.

Nothing.

They're not connected.

And the argument is it's only to have the jury look at the police officer as a bad guy.
