1:09.2	It's really important you understand how much the review system is gained for merchants,
1:16.4	various retailers of all kinds, restaurants, hotels.
1:21.0	You've got to know that there's a lot of dirty stuff going on and how you can use reviews
1:27.4	so they're helpful instead of possibly leading you down a bad path that's coming up.
