France just banned mobiles, tablets, and smart watches across

all campuses starting this fall. It's a dramatic move designed to dial back distractions,

bullying, and tech addiction, and once sure to get the attention of teachers

and kids here in the US. The social media smackdown applies to students from three to

15 years old and goes beyond the classroom to include the playground,
