Hello and welcome to the Dizz Unplug Ground Table discussion Disneyland edition for the

week of August 2nd 2012. I'm your host Tom Bell and I'm joined by a Disneyland team, Nancy

Johnson, Wayne Toygo, Mary Jo Molata-Willy and Tony Spatel. In this segment, Nancy is going

to tell us about some of the new and interesting things going on over at Ralph Brennan's Jazz

Kitchen. Nancy, what is happening over there? They are doing some pretty interesting stuff

and we got invited to attend an open house event. Yeah, it was a big two hour thing.

They did have venues, they had barbecue povloch, they had the barbecue tramp, they had

charcuterie platters, they had, they had all this great stuff for people that they felt

were great word of mouth customers, there were folks there that attended, well there

were folks there that attended people on the railing list. Yeah, people who did the haunted

house decorating thing that we have a block up like that Dizz Unplugged.com and the Christmas

Gingerbread House and maybe some of their special dinners because Ralph Brennan's Jazz

Kitchen has some great extra dinner programs that they offer these days, special meals

for certain holidays or other stuff. This falls in line with the fact that they would

like to target other special events. Throw me out some special events that people cluster

in larger numbers for it. Thanksgiving. Barbetsfah. That's a good. That's where it's hurting.

Kissinietas. Okay. How about weddings? No. Perceptions. One of the interesting things

they're doing is they're actually somewhat going up head to head with Disney Fairytale

weddings. Really? Oh, it's on, it's on. I'm sorry. It is. It is. They are looking

to open up their catering and event business and let people know out there that if

you're planning a Disney wedding or if you're doing a small company thing, a family
