1:03.5	about self-checkout coming up later. And I want to take a personal moment and just say happy
1:10.1	birthday to my daughter, Steffi, who is 23 today. Happy birthday, Steffi. And loving her life in Southern
1:21.0	California and complaining about how much things cost but she loves it so much. Well, she's had good
1:29.6	good training over the years. I'm sure she knows how to save money. You think so? Yeah, I think
1:34.6	she's had a bit. Okay, we'll see. So I want to talk about the housing market and you look at the
1:44.7	price cuts in listings asking prices that are happening in place after place around the country.
1:53.9	There are certain cities that are seeing clear signs of having overshot with the run-up and
2:03.1	housing prices and there's some in Idaho and Texas. There are scattered spots in the country
2:12.6	where things just got way ahead of themselves with housing. And there's a buyer strike.
2:21.0	And the buyer strike is widespread around the country. So the question is, what does that mean?
2:29.5	Because anybody who was in the housing market 15 years ago completely has housing PTSD. I know PTSD
2:42.1	is not supposed to be made light of. So I'm trying to think of a different term for it. There's another
2:48.5	term general's fighting the last war that there's this feeling of impending doom and a lot of people
2:55.5	that home prices are going to repeat what happened 15 years ago and it is not going to happen.
