0:15.2	I hope you're having a great day and this is a little different episode than we normally
0:20.2	do usually it's an interview type show.
0:22.5	But today's a little different for a couple of reasons.
0:25.2	One, I'm announcing a new theme still along the lines of Redirected but we're kind of
0:30.6	doing a series where we sit down with Forbes 30 under 30 award winners.
0:35.1	It is a group that's put together every year of people from different industries whether
0:38.8	it's education, environment, entertainment, whatever it may be.
0:42.3	The leading visionaries, the leading young people in those groups.
0:47.2	People that I view as young, passionate, visionary, involved people who are working to redirect
0:54.5	the future and we've already done several of these interviews and I think it's going
0:58.5	to be a really wonderful series.
0:59.8	I've learned a lot.
1:00.8	I hope you do as well.
1:02.2	But the reason we're doing this series is because of the second thing that I wanted to
1:06.1	talk about today.
1:07.4	Not to be cliche but ever since having my daughter I've been thinking a lot about the future
1:12.7	and what life is going to be like for her when she grows up to be an adult.
1:17.2	And obviously the past couple of weeks, months, years has been wild no matter how you cut
1:25.6	it.
