| 0:10.4 | every January millions of people resolve to lose weight or just to eat healthier. |
| 0:15.0 | And every February, the majority of them have gone right back to their old eating habits. |
| 0:20.0 | I'm convinced that the key to making positive long-term changes isn't jumping on the latest diet bandwagon, |
| 0:26.0 | but instead choosing a diet philosophy that's a good fit with your lifestyle, your eating patterns, your personality, |
| 0:32.0 | and your biochemistry. All this month we've been experimenting with your and some final tips on creating the best diet for you. |

| 1:18.0 | eliminated these refined carbohydrates, they no longer craved these foods. One reader commented, |
| 1:23.0 | Normally if someone offers me a dessert, it's extremely hard to resist, |
| 1:27.0 | but now I can totally say no. |
| 1:29.0 | But it doesn't seem to work that way for everyone. |
| 1:32.0 | Another listener commented that when she tried the experiment, she became |
| 1:34.9 | completely preoccupied with the foods she couldn't have. That's not good. Obviously, it's not the right approach for everyone.
