I've just botched.

I've been working on the computer and have not opened my mouth and spoken for probably six

hours straight.

So I just botched this intro a number of times.

So this is the fourth or third track.

And I'm glad to be back with you for an all new episode.

An episode that I'm really excited about, actually.

It's with somebody whose work I've admired from afar

for some time, but I haven't ever seen any interviews done. His name's Justin Jay, and I would call

him a surf photographer, except for the fact that he doesn't really shoot surfing. He's a surfer

photographer, I guess would be the best way to put it.

Shoots surfers, but rarely in the ocean. So real interesting, we get into that. We get into

a subject matter and all that in the show. So I don't really want to say too much about him

other than just, I guess, what I should say to sell the show and to ensure that

you continue listening is that his work as a photographer mirrors what I am trying to do with

this podcast, I guess, is the way that I should sum it up in that it's intimate portraiture.

And what I'm trying to do is share these stories of people

and kind of give you behind the scenes look into their life

and their way of thinking that you don't get
