Well, hey guys, it's Jennifer. Welcome back to the podcast this week. I'm super excited as always to get a chance to talk to you. This is podcast episode number 78. The one where we talk about delegating also known as hiring also known as outsourcing also known as hiring,

So I'm super excited to talk to you about this topic

because I feel like I have done a really great job of this for a pretty long time.

There's a lot of things in my business. I'm like, oh, man, I have lots of room for growth here.

But delegating is one thing that I dialed into when I first honestly began my business.

And one of the reasons was I got pregnant right after starting the magic brush.

I mean, I started it 17 years ago and was pregnant within just a few months and so I almost just had to get help like immediately you know because I was literally the size of a small Volkswagen trying to go up and down a ladder so So it taught me how to delegate early on. I have

lots of great content here for you guys, so I'm excited to chat with you. But first, I'm going to
