Hey folks, welcome back to the podcast. Tonight, my lovely wife, Catherine Joy, and myself, are going to be talking about giving constructive criticism to your spouse.

Kind of a dicey situation, kind of a dicey subject.

And we've kind of messed this up many times

throughout our short marriage thus far. But I think we've learned from some of those mistakes and so we're gonna share some of the

somewhat entertaining stories of how we've

tried to constructively criticize our the other person and have we've been you know we've it's been

successful and it's been harmful at different times as well and so we'll share those stories with you

and and then kind of some takeaways we have from them.
