Yeah, so, I mean, we do all of that work to find out what's going wrong with our patients follow function and then we have to think

to me is I just had a patient in the past few weeks who had a

cervical spinal injury. She is a paraplegic and she is now tracheostomy dependent on and off of the ventilator.

So when the physicians actually, now some of our trauma surgeons have gotten really excellent and they know

that we can get these patients eating quickly so sometimes they're holding off

on the peg placements right away. Yeah, do you think you can do it and I'm always like yeah can, can me a shot, give me a shot.

But so I scoped this patient, did fees, and what I saw was that her swallow function

actually wasn't that terrible. There wasn't anything

shockingly disordered about her swallowing, but there was a little bit of residual
