and welcome to the Jeff Makalino podcast thank you for joining me today is the

resurrection of the lost podcast or at least half of it so today's guest is

David Milanos and Milanos keep confusing the vowels I should know better than

that come on Makalino who better Makalino David and his wife Cindy were on

my now in mixing up consonants we're on my podcast or I should say we recorded a

podcast it was actually my first three-person podcast that I did but like

any threesome unless you know you err at to the public it's not real sorry that

was not fun but in all seriousness you know relatively early on several

months into the podcast I had David and Cindy on the podcast and we had a

great time talking and a couple of issues arose and it had to be delayed mainly

my fault had to be delayed had to be edited had to be approved yada yada yada and

all of a sudden the file just was gone it was gone from existence David was

kind of nice enough to come back on my podcast Cindy could not join us because

of clients concerns and whatnot but Cindy is awesome best to her and but

anyways David just talking about him he is the co-host of something on my

mind podcast he's a finance author he spent over 20 years as a personal

finance coach to help those that lacked personal finance education so that they

could take control of their daily lives while planning their retirement goals

and he also wrote his book called I'm not flipping burgers when I'm 70 which

is an intelligent read for people who want to be financially responsible so
