Well, hello everyone. Welcome back to the podcast. This is podcast episode number 73, the one where I talk about

menopause.

D-d-d-d-d-d-a-dah! Hey listen we're going to talk about menopause and how it affects business today.

And listen, I know this is a super like taboo subject and I find that people don't

want to talk about this and menopause is one of those things that you only hear negative things about first of all and unfortunately

But also just that it's a topic I think that people really shy away from and yet every

single woman is going to hit menopause at some point in her life. So if you're

one of the two men that listen to this podcast first of all thank you you're amazing I

think there's some special place in heaven for you and second of all perhaps you are

married to someone who will eventually go through menopause perhaps you you have a mother, a sister, a neighbor, something.

So don't tune out quite yet.

It's funny because I actually did a talk on a Facebook live on my Facebook page

several months ago about menopause.

And I have a real good friend, Michaela Stanley.

Her husband, Tim, said he listened to the entire talk.

And he said he just couldn't turn it off.

And I said, did you feel like you're kind of listening

to a train wreck?

Like you just couldn't look away?

He was like, no, no, no, he goes, it was actually kind of fascinating.
