My name is Andrew East and this is a show that's all about change.

We hear stories from people who have experienced massive change in their career or their relationships

or maybe their health.

And today we have a real treat with us.

We sit down and talk with Max Lugavir who is a New York Times bestselling author of the

book Genius Foods and he really got interested in the health and wellness space about 10 years

ago when his mom was diagnosed with dementia and this kind of really sparked in him an interest

to learn more about what he's eating and share that knowledge that he's learned and accumulated

with other people.

And so he's one of the most intelligent people that I've ever talked to and we also had

a blast conversing about some of his other projects that he used to be involved in like

music and TV show hosting.

And so he tells us about that transition and I found it very, very interesting and I think
