They also do things like retire, hurricane names apparently of very devastating storms.

They then retire or vote on retiring those names, but let's get back to the name game.

So we are told there are committee of people in Geneva that sits down with a list of names for hurricanes and apparently vote on them.

I would ask, is there any way in hell?

The people voting on a list of names don't understand the meanings of the names.

Again, Harvey means battleworthy.

Irma means war goddess.
