So let's get started talking about stress. Now stress is everywhere. We are a nation of stress people.

Everybody has it. Your neighbor, your mum, your friends, even the stranger walking down the street.

However, each and every one of these people, they deal with stress in their own way.

It's an everyday experience and can be good for us.

You know, in fact, it can be really good for us.
