this topic kind of sprung into my mind recently I was sitting outside sunshine

was shining on my back I had my planner my phone

out and I was thinking about and praying over what topic was next for me for the

podcast and it was placed into my heart to talk about happiness and ways to stay

positive and kind of tap into your happiness which is here we go episode 7 five ways to stay positive and find you're happy

if you were to look at my life five or six years ago ladies super negative it

was it was all about me honestly I was in the wrong friendships

So I had these kind of negative business relationships these negative friendships and we'd gossip and we would talk about people.

There was a lot of body, body hate going on because I had just had kids,

had gained all this weight and so I think I was just in this really bad head space when I think about that and think about the quality of life that I had when I was kind of self-inducing all of this negativity by the people I was

surrounding myself with, the limiting beliefs that I was allowing to just run my

life, and the quality of life that I have now today, which I truly feel, and this isn't just me being

this because this is what I should say, this is the truth. I have never been more at peace in every area of my life.

I mean, getting in tune with God and with Jesus and allowing God to fully take over my life and to fill me with trust in his plan and to have peace
