And we begin with the Moon Landing 50 years ago getting a lot of attention right now,

but many people don't realize that a 10-year-old

boy played a crucial role in the dramatic event.

Back in July 1969, young Greg Force lived in Guam, where his father was the director of a NASA tracking station that allowed the astronauts in the capsule to talk with mission control.

After Apollo 11 blasted off, a problem cropped up at that tracking station.

A bearing had broken off the dish antenna and slipped into a small gap.

Without the little piece of machinery, NASA risked losing communication with the astronauts as they approached Earth.

Scrambling for a solution, Force's dad called home and asked Greg to come over,

hoping his small child-sized arm could squeeze into the tiny space and

grab the bearing.

Thanks to a big handful of Greece, the move worked.

Greg says looking back, he's very proud of his small role in the mission and that his dad

trusted him enough to do it.

Residents in the US territory of Puerto Rico are really angry.

Hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets yesterday

demanding the governor step down. Ricardo Raseo is facing a lot of heat after

hundreds of text messages were leaked showing that he said some disrespect of says he won't seek re-election but so far he's refusing to resign. The territory is still

struggling to recover from Hurricane Maria in 2017 along with a decade-long recession

and accusations of government corruption.

So many see this texting scandal as the tipping point that just might force a change.
