And our lead this hour coming from the criminal court system in Washington State,

we have had a dramatic head-spinning

U-turn in the scandal of the week, this involving Richard Sherman.

When we last spoke, when we were hanging out here at the watchtower. Richard Sherman was in jail.

You might remember that.

He was facing at that time what looked like the likelihood of a felony charge,

maybe multiple felony charges,

were driving drunk, getting a bunch of booze in himself,

and then wrecking his car and attempting to break into his in-laws' house

and the police having to use a canine.
