Who he's up North Branch way and he wrote me a letter over the weekend. I read a part of it.

Yesterday he noted today we all agree those who occupy the leadership in the salon have no real

world experience. All have had jobs with no measurable outcomes. You had Joe Anthony the many

employees attorney talk about the referendum for a strong mayor position. I agree this would be a

good start. Go ahead and call him Chris. But the key missing component not talked about is the

system of voting, which is brought the most incompetent leadership to date. Both cities have

implemented ranked choice voting in the last few elections. This method of voting is

tantamount to participation trophies for elections with everyone running to participate,

not necessarily running to win and it ultimately is a crap shoot on the actual winner.

None of the proposed proposed benefits have ever been achieved but it's clearly a method of bringing

the most radical activists with each successive election. I want to chat with Mark about that.
