I can know all I need to know and still not do all I need to do.

There are so many things that we know that we ought to do. There are even things that we know that we want to do. And yet...we just can't seem to act on what we know. How do we start? How do we become people who do what we know we ought to do?

0:00.0	So, came across this study from the Pew Research Center that said that when it comes to our
0:06.0	smartphones, the average American touches their smartphone 2,617 times a day.
0:13.6	Which is a lot.
0:15.4	It's like it's so many two-time thing about that.

0:20.2	So it was so many that I like went to do more research on it and not research.

0:26.4	And someone said that this article I read said, well, if you did that, that would mean

0:47.0	So, it might be the researchers they were thinking they were encountering like every time

0:52.3	But nonetheless, I think the fact that we know is that we spend a lot of time on our screens.

1:02.4	And the average worldwide average of people on screens is 6 hours and 47 minutes a day.
