Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk. It is Tuesday July 9th

2019. We are back to work following a long holiday weekend. So that was great. And if you live in California, do you live in

California? You would have felt the biggest earthquakes we've seen in a while.

It was kind of interesting. I was downstairs and my wife was upstairs and the house

started to shake and the pool in the back started to produce waves. It was pretty intense there

for 30 seconds a minute.
