Friends, for many years we have said that the only hope for America is revival in the church,

spreading to awakening in the nation,

that it really is revival or we die.

And I often make reference to the years I had the privilege of serving in the Brownsboro Revival,

the years of 1996 to 2000, one of the great highlights of my life,

to see God moving in ways that we had dreamed about and prayed for and fasted for and long for and read about for so many years. To be in the

thick of it was extraordinary. And the man that God entrusted as the pastor of the Browns

Revival was John Kilpatrick. Subsequently,

God used him in another powerful move in his church than in Alabama. And he continues to contend

for revival. One of the great honors of my life to serve under him in those years in Pensacola.
