You know I failed to mention this earlier in the show in part because my middle daughter was enough but but today is a special day it's her birthday and not that she listens to the show nor would I want her to listen to show she turned three years old today but. Brady got sniped as he was doing a birthday shout out. I was

going to say I didn't know if that was me or everybody went out. She was looking like that's a bummer but we will get connected with with Brady quid coming up here in just a moment or two as we get that sorted out Jonas nox is outkick the coverage here on Fox Sports Radio but we tease this and we were looting to it Aaron Rogers finds himself at the center of several different sporting events all in one night so you got the match in which he's going to be paired up. You've got Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady got Bryce into Shambon Aaron Rogers

that's going to be happening you've also got the Milwaukee Bucks he obviously has a vested interest there I think he's either part owner has some sort of involvement with the organization they're going to be playing game one of the NBA finals coming up later on and then of course you've got the what is going to happen when it comes to Aaron Rogers and training camps this upcoming season and whether he's going to show up for the green Bay Packers he talked about the mental health side of things he talked about trying to get back on track when it comes to getting him to the

game himself mentally prepared and sort of taking care of himself from a mental standpoint and all of that is fair and all of that makes all the sense in the world my thing is this is Aaron Rogers I think a coming to terms with the idea that he's going to have to take on all of these questions and all the chaos and everything that comes along with being a quarterback in green Bay especially after the off season you've just had in which you're dealing with all the drama all the trade rumors all the other stuff within the Oregon

organization all of that's going to come to a head at some point so he can avoid it he can avoid having the discussion and having the conversation but it's going to have to happen sooner rather than later and I think it's going to happen three weeks four weeks from now when he gets to training camp because all the media there are going to be asking him the questions you're going to have a lot of national media that are going to be there because it's a storyline of training camp it's similar to what we saw with the Dallas Cowboys a couple of years ago when it was is that press got going to get his contract is Zeke going to get his contract

everybody was at Cowboys training camp not just local media here in Southern California but you also had national media that were dawning upon Oxnard California to try and figure out what the Cowboys were going to do whether it was Zeke getting his money or

dacqueting his money this is going to happen in Green Bay this year so Aaron Rogers can try and avoid it all he wants at some point he's going to have to answer the questions and those questions are going to come and they're probably not going to be the nice system in the world when it comes to how this was handled and who's to blame and what's going on because there are a lot of people and I'm not saying this is the case. I'm not saying that this is the truth but there are a lot of people who think that Aaron Rogers was behind what happened on the

Draft Day there are a lot of people who think that Aaron Rogers was behind the trade rumors and the stuff that got out there on Draft Night that he was bothered and and one of the theories that we've heard from Brady Quinn who is back with us here on Fox Sports Radio Brady we apologize you're giving a shout out to your daughter and your oldest daughter Sloan actually cut your cord there in the studio because she was upset that you didn't give her a birthday shout out so that's just terrible what happened there in the household.

It's basically how it works and at any time you've got multiple children you kind of understand what happens when someone's birthday the other gets jealous it becomes a fight didn't want to bleed over on the radio and of course those Sloan took matters into her own hands but that's how she operates man telling you she's going to be a handful there's no doubt she's going to be a handful.

So the we were discussing the Aaron Rogers situation right so eventually questions are going to be asked he's going to have to talk about what is going on in Green Bay at some point to a certain extent but I want to I want to throw this at you because you remember back in the day if there was a really good television show you had to wait an entire week to see the next episode and with Netflix because you can stream it and binge watch it whenever you want.

All of that waiting is gone so now you can just blow through an entire season of whatever you want in four or five hours and there is no more waiting around and the reason I bring that up is because we started discussing weekend at Murphy's which is a Mark Murphy the CEO of the Green Bay Packers the guy calling the shots there in Green Bay.

We talked about a man you know weekend at Murphy's every single weekend it seemed like for a couple weeks in a row Mark Murphy was making a comment about Aaron Rogers and he was making a comment that that wasn't going to sit too kindly with Aaron Rogers whether it was he was dividing the fan base or or or then he had another comment about interesting fella all the other stuff that went along with it well he had another piece in his monthly column Mark Murphy did his latest one over the weekend.

And there was no mention of Aaron Rogers so I believe that this puts an end to the latest edition of weekend at Murphy's so the streak is broken and it is a wrap I think Mark Murphy finally figured out you know I'm not really doing a whole lot of good here by calling out Aaron Rogers in these in these weekly columns that are right to our fan base not not the greatest idea in the world.

He knew what's coming up today he knew the match was coming up and that if you was to say something this weekend look Aaron Rogers would get the last word he would get to speak after him with whatever he said so I don't think is going to add any extra fuel to the fire right now now will he respond to something that said potentially today in the match with Aaron Rogers and Bryson D. Shambover's Tom Brady Phil Mickelson maybe but maybe not you know maybe cooler heads will prevail this week.

And he's going to take some of his own advice and not try to stoke the flames that is you know a ticked off you know raining MVP in Aaron Rogers but you know it's interesting that you talked about just movies now or shows on Netflix in particular because it got me thinking about like back when you're growing up.

You know you used to have those shows you'd watch and then you wait the next week to watch them again that was kind of thing you did but there was nothing like going to a movie like there was nothing like the experience of going to a movie waiting for it to come out sitting there for two hours three hours sometimes it's a longer movie to watch it.

That's where it's interesting how like the innovation of Netflix and just binge watching has changed all of that like it's provided you with the ability to watch a an entire series almost like an elongated movie.

Yeah and then consuming for five hour period yeah and I think I think I think that convenience has played into for example why you're so frustrated with Aaron Rogers and why you you don't think he's going to say anything today but it's played into that like you don't realize this it's manipulated you because we've now as a society got to a point where we hate waiting for anything we just wanted to be released and we would watch it on our time because that's all that matters is our time in this world and it's played a factor in how you're viewing this.

That's a cool thing.

I respect the guy great quarterback great player I've never met him I have no idea you say he's a good dude so I'll take you I'll take your word for it I never meant the guy don't have anything to say about his family stuff that's not my business a lot of people like to go there it's not my place not my business to go there all I'm saying is what's with the vague stuff what's with the tip towing around what you really mean by sort of a you know directing the conversation here and it's like either you're not going to be able to do it.

You're saying something or don't say something like at some point everything's got a little mystery to it it's like you're reading a horoscope or it's something you pull out of a fortune cookie and it's like dude like what are we doing here are you let me ask you this though you wanted to play in this match you want to be a part of it you like golf he does love golf yes and you want to be a part of this so you know you're going to have to speak but what if there's negotiations going on behind the scenes and you don't want to dampen that or you don't want to mess with whatever conversations are being
