This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you you have no case.

Now, this is local to Southern California where I live.

And that is a department of public service social employee.

I think it's San Clemente, made her initial appearance in L.A. federal court.

She was arrested and released on $10,000 bond, and what is she charged with?

Her name is Lois Lynn McNickle.

And she's 69 years old.

And she's charged as one of the insurgents, breaking into the Capitol building.

And the feds have now, I think the feds have arrested 500 and some odd of the people that broke in and have, you know, the actual charge is not insurgency, it's not sedition, it's not insurrection.

What it is is, well, in this case, knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or public grounds without lawful authority.

Remember, she broke in or followed people that broke into the Capitol,

were told to disperse and get out and refuse to do so.

And she was also charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, all federal offenses.

And so there she is.
