Everyone else out there who who's preparing for it. I know it's Sunday, but still it feels like when anytime a holiday comes up on a weekend. You're essentially taking the entire weekend as that holiday. And it's almost like that there's the type of people and I don't know if you know anyone like this.

It's when it's their birthday, they'll be like, no, it's my birthday month. And then they just they celebrate the entire month or they expect people to celebrate their birthday for an entire month. While the rest of us, if we even tell you it's our birthday. Might might celebrate it for a few hours on that day. I don't know if you know people like that. If we've got people like that on this on this show, but it's I can't stand this. Yeah, I can't stand it either. It's it's the worst. You know, just just seeing people celebrate themselves.

Like that. I can't stand up. By the way, you seem lighter for some reason. I don't know what it is about this segment that's changed, but you seem like a little bit more. Well, really a one hour left, you know, I'm kind of feeling the weight off my shoulders. You know, if you want to put it that way or we're like another hour closer to getting to that weekend. I know my man Roberto is excited about it. We were talking before the show even started. He's. He's ready to let us buy works. He already left. He's already the leader store. What do you mean? I mean, Roberto's long gone. Yeah, he wants. Yeah, it's over. He is often running.

You did you seem lighter, almost like you lost some weight or something during the break, but I don't know what it was. You just. Something about some little bit lighter. All right, Brady Quinn. So obviously, obviously, I hope you wiped obviously. So we've got there's a a story in the world. I mean, this is a massive story in the world of sports. The Milwaukee Bucks won game five. They now have a three two series lead in the Eastern Conference final.

And that'll conclude our coverage of the NBA on today's show. All right, we move right along here to the NFL. You've got yourselves. You you got a conspiracy theory. All right. Now a tradition here on. Quacks. Quinn and Knox for those of you trying to figure out why we call us that.

Whenever we've have conspiracy theories, we like to discuss them because they're fun. You know, most of them don't make a lot of sense in particular mine, but when we do. So we have the unsolved mysteries theme because we feel like if you really want to scare somebody, everybody goes to the ex files to me, it's a little lazy. You got to dig deeper. So you go unsolved mysteries theme music.

We've got a lot of time. We've got an opportunity to talk about a conspiracy theory. And this conspiracy theory goes back to a little back and forth that you had with the NFL PA on Twitter when it came to, you know, setting up a partnerships with the name, image and likeness and athlete representation conversation being had.

And so Brady Quinn, the floor is yours. Spill the beans since you already did during the break. Spill them again here on this conspiracy theory.

Spillings one way to put it. But so early this week as you brought up my Twitter conversation that I had had with the NFL PA. That's the NFL players union because I was curious, you know, they they announced this partnership with open indoors.

And then I think one team is the other company that's involved in discussing their desire to represent college athletes for their name, image and likeness and I was thinking, that's kind of weird. You get a union of professional athletes who is partnering with someone else to then get their hand in the cookie jar.

So that is this big space to see if maybe they can make a little money off it and help out some of these players and it got me thinking why why would the NFL PA union do this?

How would it make any sense for them to become in a way intertwined with college athletics and it dawned on me. Maybe they can see into the future.

Maybe they're preparing themselves for this. So the NFL has, you know, experimented with, you know, having a spring league if you will, they had NFL Europe. If you don't remember that, that was back what in the 90s that they get lasted maybe into the early 2000s.

It will longer exist, even though I truly believe that it was one of the reasons that games in London have been successful. They want to have games in Germany in the future, but basically it helped extend the outreach not only to a fan base over in Europe, but also to players.

We now got players who will be coming over from time to time from Europe to try to play in the NFL or least college football.

One of the reasons for that success was NFL Europe, but then that went under the owners didn't want to pay the million bucks or however much it costs them a year to build for the future.

And so we've had everything, everything under the sun since then the XFL now a couple of times, you know, and some other spring leagues as well.

They just can't seem to find this, I don't know minor league system if you will for the NFL and then it dawned on me.

They've already got it. The NFL has their minor league system with college football, which seems pretty obvious. Of course, duh.

But there's always been this differentiation between the NFL and the NCAA, which is a nonprofit.
