And today is an episode that I'm really excited about. We sit down with fellow NFL player Wil Compton and Will and I have played on some similar teams though never at the same time.

But he was on the redskins, I was on the redskins. We first met when he was playing for the Titans and he is currently on the Oakland Raiders.

He plays linebacker and is a beast athlete. But we first met because Will has an awesome reputation and I reached out to him.

We were on his podcast, Sean and I were on his podcast called Busting with the Boys.

What was the deal with Matt and Ely there during our interview?

Yeah. You guys saw the Matt and Ely stuff?

I don't know what happened to him. Tell him to fill me in.

So Matt was sick for a few days and he had called it was like Tuesday because we usually drop our YouTube on Tuesday.

He said, hey man, I didn't chop up a lot of content today. Make clips. He's like, I've been feeling sick.

He thought he was just hung over from going hard on Sunday.

And I was like, yeah man, you know, take your time like as long as everything's ready to go. Like, yeah dude, you got to do.

And then on Wednesday, we were just all in our group chat and stuff and he was like, hit and mess on getting back to us.
