COLOSSIANS 3:12-13 - Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.

| 0:13.7 | chapter three and it is a great example a perfect example of why getting your mind |

| 0:30.0 | This is about God's Word, telling all of us how we should be living as followers of Jesus Christ. |
| 0:37.0 | And the first two paragraphs in the Colosians chapter 3 have highlighted some powerful truths. |
| 0:45.0 | First of all, that we have a new identity and that out of that new identity comes our responsibility |
| 0:51.5 | to set our minds on things that are above, not things that are on this world. |
| 0:57.0 | Because setting our mind on things above is what has enabled us or what does enable us to look at life in the world differently than we have ever |

| 1:17.8 | are hidden with Christ in God in our very life is sourced in God. We have a new identity and we are new creations looking at |
| 1:26.8 | this world in a new way. And so Paul says that by placing our faith in Christ the old us was put off and the new us is now |
| 1:36.5 | placed on and that new us is being redeemed in knowledge after the image of its |
| 1:41.4 | Creator so it's a better deal than we had before. |
| 1:45.4 | It all comes through our faith in Christ, and that there's no division between us as |
| 1:49.8 | believers in Christ. |
| 1:52.2 | Christ is all, and Christ is in Christ. Christ is all and Christ is in all. |
| 1:55.4 | And so we're approaching verse 12 here today. |
| 1:58.0 | And Paul gives us some instructions |
