Summary
Josh Perry is a former professional BMX rider who has competed at the highest level of the sport. He was a regular Dew Tour competitor, lived amongst the World's other top professionals and had appearances at X-Games. During a routine practise session he over rotated a trick, hit his head and required an MRI scan which uncovered a life threatening brain tumor. Josh has since been on a new journey as a public speaker, health coach and proponent of the ketogenic diet. On this episode we discuss this entire journey and the events that have shaped this new career.
