Hey welcome back to a very special episode of the low carb hustle podcast. Today I want to

0:21.0

answer a question that I've seen a lot on social media, something that I've been talking to a lot

0:25.2

of clients about over the past couple of years, honestly, and something that I literally just

0:29.9

went through about two weeks ago. So I wanted to bring this up because I think this is something

0:34.4

that's been beneficial for a lot of us who have been keto, who have been carnivore, have been low

0:38.5

carb, but all of a sudden are transitioning back to having more carbohydrates for one reason or

1:22.4

carbs, go low or medium carb moving forward. So I want to do this in a smart way. So the wrong

1:27.2

way to do this is just go back to eating normally, have carbs at breakfast, have carbs at lunch,

1:31.6

eat the processed carbs, have bread here, have pasta there. That's going to result in weight gain.

1:36.3

That's going to result in you not feeling that great. And since if you're going from a really low

1:41.0

carb or keto lifestyle, it's also going to result in inflammation in your body. So you're not going

1:44.7

to feel that good, your joints are going to hurt. This overall negative, but if you can be a little
