Hello and welcome back to Redirected. My name is Andrew East and today we have a special

episode. Usually this show we sit down with celebrities, athletes, entrepreneurs, anybody

who has had significant changes in life. I call these changes Redirections. You might

call them Pivots, but we all go through them and I wanted to sit down with people who

have gone through these changes well to hear their stories, get entertained, but yes,

we'll learn some wisdom. Today we have a unique episode. If you guys don't know, my wife

and I Shawn Johnson launched our own podcast, a couples podcast called Couple Things. In

that, we're going to interview couples. Today, actually, we interview a couple that we

have recently befriended and that's a Janet Kramer and her husband, Mike Cawson. Mike

and I played on some overlapping NFL teams, although not at the same time, but because of

that, we share a lot of mutual friends and teammates. Jan and my wife, Shawn, have recently

befriended each other and it's been fun to hang out with them, do game nights with them.

But they have a phenomenal story and they're going to share a lot about it. If you guys
