2:16.6 | So so many of us know what to do. We know the right diet to be eating. We know that this shit that we're putting in our mouths is not good for us. |

2:34.7 | This is really interesting because I've spent a lot of time I'd say about the last six years working with a nutrition company called precision nutrition. |
2:41.3 | And the biggest thing that we teach and it has nothing to do with health and fitness, but it's all behavioral psychology. |
2:48.5 | Right. So it's how do you take complex things like getting in shape? You may not think it's complex. |
2:54.8 | Right. It's like, oh, eat less food and worked out more. |
2:57.9 | But those are like complex behavioral like modifications. You need to make in order to in order to actually accomplish that goal. |
