I have a true-life story for you today with many lessons learned on how NOT to sell. We recently purchased a home that was in need of a TON of renovations. We ran the gamut of contractors trying to find the perfect craftsman to take on our tasks and boy, did we encounter some awesome sales pitches… as well as some less than stellar experiences that really gave me a clear cut understanding of sales techniques!
