What are you thinking about? Well, I had some realizations. Hang on just a second. I had some

realizations recently when I went to Texas. I told you that I had this epiphany kind of moment.

On the flight down to Texas, I was going to take a couple pictures of the staff that I was traveling

with and my phone wouldn't let me take pictures. So here's the reason why it was out of memory.

So I had to go spend a whole flight scrolling through my photos and deleting ones that I didn't

need, right? Okay, the interesting thing, I've been working with you for a little over a year,

and every week I post the, I take pictures of the progress picks as well as I used to take

pictures of my weight scale that I have on my app and somehow got out of habit of doing that.
