There is a point in time where I let social media completely destroy me and consuming it made me hate myself.

I doubted myself.

I doubted my purpose in the world, the value that I had, and if I even deserve to be on there

creating and doing what I absolutely love doing.

Because of the way that I was consuming it, it hit me like a ton of bricks at one point.

I lost my motivation to train, to eat healthy, to take care of my my body and to take care of my mind and

this isn't just happening to me but it's seriously like a plague and it's affecting

most of the world to have access to smartphones and the internet.
