man? Going great. How are you Nate? So good. So what's on your mind? What's something you've been

working on right now? So lately I've been working on trying to find a way to get just a little bit

of muscle work in besides yoga because I'm living in Bogota, Colombia right now and

haven't found or haven't started any gym memberships. So I've just been basically doing some push-ups

running to the park and doing a handful of pull-ups and then something I'm working on that

taking days off and how sometimes training more is actually less efficient and so what I've been

trying to do is a little bit of muscle work before my yoga classes. So I kind of just get it all

done at once, get a nice stretch of the muscles that I worked and then get some rest days as well.
