Today we're going to talk about how to stop beating yourself up or basically trying to increase

your self-esteem. I did a Facebook live video for a wonderful website, if you're not aware of

it, called the Mighty. The Mighty focuses on both

middle illness but also physical illnesses and features the writing of the people who

are experiencing those or suffering from those in a very, very unique

and personal way.
