And I think when we take a step back we realize that all of us have experienced pretty significant changes in life.

So I want to sit down with people who have gone through those changes well to hear these stories a lot of times or crazy while entertaining stories and maybe learn something from those stories and share that with you guys.

And today we are sitting down with Dr. Josh Axe. And so I have known Dr. Axe now for coming up on two years. We first met in a coffee shop and we kind of hit it off right away.

Our wives are best friends him and I are best friends and we're actually soon to be neighbors. And I'm very thankful for Josh's role in my life as a mentor as a friend and he's just a good guy to hang out with.

But he has also built an amazing and amazing company. The number one health website in the world. And so you may or may not have seen ancient nutrition on the shelves at Whole Foods.

That's his company and he has a lot of wise words to say about business, about relationships and about faith. And so I'm really excited to be bringing this interview to you guys.

But without further ado, here is Dr. Josh Axe.

Josh Dr. Axe, thank you for joining us today. I have to say this is the interview that I've been most nervous for. Wow. I'm not lying.

Well, this is because you have had such a great impact on my life and your pro at this not to say that other people I've interviewed aren't pros, but like you're the real deal man.

And I just want to say first of all, thank you for the impact you've left on my life.

Dude, I was stoked to come on. I've been waiting, sitting by the phone waiting for the call. And when you call, I was so excited. So I love what you're doing. I love the mission of the podcast. I think it's so inspiring you the interviews you've had. So I'm just I'm totally honored to be on.

Well, appreciate that. I figured after I hit episode 50, I was like, maybe I'm qualified to interview Josh now. But I did want to start off with this question.

If you had to guesstimate what are settlers of guitar and record is like between you and I, what would you put that is?

Oh, I don't know probably, you know, eight to two. I will say this recently your record has been really good. And you've won one a couple times.

I should have asked you. So, you know, if we're talking about the last 10, it's probably 50, 50. Yeah.

Before that, though, you took it took a little while, but your strategy now is on point. So, Josh and I love playing board games against our wives. Usually we dominate them. So that's great.

Some of the biggest marriage moments Chelsea and I have had have been because of board games.

Settlers of good tan. Yeah, if you, you know, if you lay the robber on her or do anything, she'll take it personally. And but it's great.

It's good. It's great. I'm glad you could use that as a learning experience. I want to start off if you could give the audience a brief overview of what your life growing up was like.
