today's topic because I'm going to be talking about why I keep my kids off the internet,

why I keep them off my social media, off of everything I do for the business, but also just

the internet at all as far as their photos, their names, anything about their identity is just

basically kept off the internet. And it's a common question I get on Instagram and it makes sense because it's very rare in our like current time to

see a Instagram platform that has a mom at the middle of it that does not have their kids

front and center. And so I understand the

question. I understand the curiosity. And even five years ago, I would have the same question

for if I found an account that was similar to mine now. In fact, I specifically remember in, I think it was 2019,

there was an account that I was following that was very private when it came to their family.
