Hello, all right. John chapter, yeah, we were on Proverbs.

Proverbs.

Father, child, relationship, is that not so? so now one of the very important

shepherdedorial relationships is the father and a son or father and a daughter relationship

now there are many things you can talk about in relation to a father and a son.

But I want to just talk about one thing.

And that is what we read.

My son, hear the instructions of thy father and forsake not the law of thy mother.

So here, true, when, if as your pastor, I have that relationship successfully with you,

it will manifest, one of the things that it will manifest in is in you hearing the instructions. So you realize that people

with whom you have been able to establish a good father-son relationship. The reason why I say

that is because Jesus was also referred to, you know, had a father-son relationship. Lord, they would call him, you know, his

children. He called them my children. When he saw them fish, he said, children. You remember,

we read it. Children, have you fought in called any fish? They were his children. John and Peter and

go, they were his children. Now, one of the key ingredients of a good father-son relationship is the fact that you hear what the person says.

So when you listen to tapes, CDs, camps, you understand, it helps to establish that kind of relationship.
