Perplexing, that's an interesting one.

Usually that's the way we describe the mystery is not our co-host.

But that's okay.

You know, this is your show well I actually think you are a perplexing

character and I think all our fans think that too they just keep discovering especially

in our see shanty episodes on the prosecutor's

podcast how you know everything about anything in any time period you are a

perplexing character. Well thank you. I will take that as a compliment now let you put it that way. I have a lot of useless knowledge.

Not a lot of knowledge about things that matter, but a lot of useless knowledge.

I don't think it's weird at all because one of the things that we try to do in both of our podcasts and something we're going to try to do today

is to try and unwind these perplexing headlines that seem to raise alarm, alarm about your

constitutional rights being stripped, about kind of the complete

just degradation of rule of law, and we don't really know based on these perplexing headlines whether to worry or not based on

Supreme Court precedent.
