about romance novels and has written romance novels but also knows about

these in adaptations so we're gonna talk about adaptations and

and romance with Yoline Kwang.

Hi, thank you for having me.

We're so excited.

I love talking about adaptation and I mostly get a chance to do it with 13 year old so this

would be very exciting for me.

13 year olds are the target demo I feel like that's like when my first my brain kind of

first came online with adaptation I think sure so well but

first of all we want to talk about so okay you lean is a debut romance novelist her first

romance novel comes out April 9th. It's called

How to End a Love Story and I feel very committed to this book in a lot of ways

because I read it in its like actual infancy

before it was before it had a beautiful cover and a you know beautiful publisher

and a world tour and a, you know, beautiful publisher and a world tour and a release date.

Before I had an editor.

Before I had an editor, that's true.

And I'm, like, I think this book is amazing. I've been talking about it since before I had had an editor so I'm so excited to finally get to talk about it here on the podcast.

And part of the reason why I sort of love it so much is because it feels, you know, every once in a while and you read a book especially, and this is true of so many debuts, but like you read a book and you think to yourself like this
