He check that that's been the topic of this morning just having to deal with a lot of heat in our household hopefully this this gets fixed today we did have someone chime in on Twitter and and they mentioned that they don't turn their their heat on until it gets to 100 or excuse me they don't turn their AC on until it gets to 100.

I'm calling BS on that first off and the second thing I'd say to that is dry heat or humidity big difference between the two so that that's all I'd say to that remark is 100 dry heat it's still hot without humidity though completely different experience.

Yeah, by the way what was the worst what was the worst heat. How do I want to say this what was the worst training camp heat you dealt with in the NFL which place was the worst probably Kansas City.

I was going to say that that seems like it just a sweat box Kansas City it is and we used to go up on north to like a smaller directional school that's where we'd stay for training camp which is actually kind of neat.

But I remember the humidity there was ridiculous and you know can't city's a place that's kind of there weather is a little bit polarized like it'll be summer between like you know negative five maybe during the winter at some one point.

And the summer might be over 100 and you'll get a fair amount of humidity that comes along with that so I remember a few training camp practices were pretty brutal there Cleveland wouldn't get too bad in the summers even though it's humid I usually trained in South Florida so you know the humidity and heat in South Florida compared to Cleveland was pretty equal so it wasn't too bad but I'll say what the nicest place.

I already know where you're going. Okay go ahead sit the Raiders. No. No. No. I was going to say Seattle. No I was going to say Seattle like there is this little kept secret up there in the Pacific Northwest.

They don't want any of you to know okay you know it rains all the time in Seattle everyone always just sees the overcast the clouds the rain yeah well they've got a bit of like a dry season and granted it was only one summer but during the period that was there from that March till the end of August.

I think it might have went like 60 some days without any rain whatsoever and the temperature was cool I think maybe the highest it got was somewhere in the low 80s and then it was usually at night it dropped down into the 60s really comfortable but during the day.

It was a sunny maybe a few clouds but right there in the 70s that place was amazing for training camp it was as nice of weather as nice of it of an experience as I ever had during the eight years being in the NFL and I think it's right on the water right isn't there practice facility right on the right right on like Washington they're in

yeah it was like if you if you threw the football for enough far enough like if you were actually in a game sometimes quarterbacks will throw the ball away like maybe you make going the stands or the store way out of bounds yes if you did that in practice in Seattle you might throw in the like Washington.

Well I mean you give me a give me a turbo football.

And that's what what the whistle though with the whistle so you can hear it whistling and then does it matter that whistle or no whistle doesn't matter you get a dog take a bite out of the Styrofoam side of things it doesn't matter
