Well, the big news, the big, big news since we planned out

the content for today's show is that Justice Kennedy has announced that he will be retiring

from the Supreme Court, effective July 31st. There have been rumors about this for some months now.

It has now been confirmed, 81 years old, and much to talk about concerning that.

We're going to talk about some recent Supreme Court decisions, what the implications of those are, what we can take away from them.
