My reaction was not one of surprise.

I know I said this on CBS Sports HQ, 17, 18 days ago, when Oklahoma State was given its

heavy handed sanctions, most notably with the postseason ban, but my initial reaction to

all of that was, I'm not convinced Cade cutting him still won't stay with this program.

And a lot of that has to do with the extremely strong relationship Mike Boyton has developed

with cutting him and his family.

So I wasn't surprised when it got to this point full transparency actually, heard from Boyton

on Father's Day and I didn't expect cutting him to make this decision today.
