And we're getting a nice, heavy rain down here in Florida just about every day right now,

which is pretty typical for June.

But as I've told you before, some of the weather changes have been slowly happening all

across the country, which is making a lot more people look at what's really going on behind

the scenes,

while we're constantly being hit with distractions on a regular basis. And I wanted to clarify

something as well. I had a customer email us yesterday about what was going on in Montana.

And basically, he is a FFL dealer, gun dealer in Montana. And I remember at the

beginning of the week, I told you guys about a very strange incident where the IRS went in and

raided that gun store with ATF agents. And ATF agents ended up taking 13 years of the 4473 forms.

And I told you guys, whenever they call into the NICS, as far as the background

check, you know, they give the information. However, I was unaware that they do not have to,

the gun dealer does not have to give the serial number on the firearm. And so what this guy,

our customer wrote us, and I'll read it to you right now, he said, hey, Ted, regarding the

confiscation of the form 470, the473s in Montana, you and Austin

mentioned on the show, when I call into the ATF for a customer background check, the licensee,

the FFL holder, only tells an ICS that you bought a handgun, long gun, essentially, to get approval

on it. So you got a call up. They put your name in and essentially

runs a background check. He says the other category would be for a stripped AR lower, but the license

he does not have to tell the NICS you bought a Glock 19, 9mm serial number, you know, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
