This is Handel on the Law, Marginal Legal Advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Here's one that turned out to have absolutely no case.

Most of our chocolate comes from Africa, the ivory coast,

by the way. That's sort of 70% of the world's chocolate comes from that area. Well, there's a lot of

child slave labor involved. I mean, it's pretty brutal stuff.

And Nestle, which is a Swiss corporation, I think maybe it's American now.

And Cargill, which is American corporation, both food corporations, buy their chocolate

from the Ivory Coast.

And so there was a lawsuit filed against those companies on behalf of some of these children

who worked under slave conditions or just brutal conditions against Nestle and Cargill.

And they won right up until the Supreme Court, which just rules saying, no.

This happened outside of the United States.
