Something that I wanted to bring up again is I've been seeing this now as a trend.

Mainstream media is not one to talk about it at all, but a lot of the alternative media

is starting to kind of address it. And it goes to exactly what dad has talked about for years.

My brother-in-law lives out in Texas, out in the Dallas area, and he has

been having an absolutely horrific time trying to buy a house. He has put in, I think, now 22

hard offers over the last five, six months, and every time he goes to put an offer him, somebody else comes in with a higher offer

that's straight cash and basically cuts it out from him.

And he's been having a really rough time with it.

And I saw an article here this morning.

And it was from Zero Hedge.

And it said, as the real estate market

continues to break records, a cabal of institutional investors have been tossing gasoline on the

fire, buying up properties hand over fist. He said, you now have permanent capital competing

with young couples trying to buy a home from consultant John Burns. He said

that the firms, the banking firms, are making up roughly 20% of the homes sold are bought by

someone who never moves in. He says now this is a giant wealth redistribution. What they're going in now is they're

artificially raising the housing market by coming in and buying up huge swaths of houses,
