0:49.9	So I get so many questions from people about, we want to redo our kitchen and we're going
0:57.9	to redo the bathroom or add another bathroom or whatever.
1:02.0	We're going to put in a deck, blah, blah, blah, blah.
1:05.7	And it's going to increase the value of our home so much.
1:09.4	And then I have to break their hearts by saying the reason you do an improvement to your home
1:15.8	is because you want to, because you end up losing money when you do a home improvement,

1:26.8	It's almost unheard of that any improvement to your home will pay you more and later
1:35.2	resale value than what it costs you to do it.
1:38.6	In fact, it's typical that when you do a home improvement, you're going to get about 50
