Today's going to be a pretty health-oriented show.

Pull a bunch of health articles for you guys that I think you're going to enjoy.

And we're going to talk about how to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerized, blood sugar,

levels, how to burn body fat look pretty good, hopefully for the rest of your lives,

and do all kinds of other interesting things on the show today, including talking about

some people who just got beat up in New York City again.

I'm going to start with this because last week I had mentioned this guy, and he was a star on Conair, and they call him Crazy Eyes, which is, you know, I can't say much about that.

I'll show you my crazy cat picture again someday, but his name is Steve Busemi, and he was punched by a maniac in a random New York City attack. He's the guy who was on Conair, who's got the crazy eyes,

he got to drive the Corvette up the tree and all those crazy things on the other movies

that he did with Mr. Deeds.

And, you know, he was the one who had quoted, I quoted last week.

And you guys who had listened to the show, when they asked him, he was playing this insane guy.

And he said this is as far as the definition of insanity on the movie Conair, insane. What if I told you was that told you insane was working 50 hours a week in some office or 50 years at the end of which they tell you to blank any up in some retirement village hoping to die before suffering the indignity of trying to make it to the toilet on time, wouldn't you

consider that to be insane?

This Hollywood's definition of insanity, I guess, and I got a kick out of that because I personally

believe that, you know, this time we spend on this planet is very, very short, and that the

true reality that we have is when we leave here, when we leave this energy form into another

energy form and we go to heaven because nobody really dies, we just change energy forms.

And, you know, our soul moves on. You know, we basically have the ability at that point to be
